So I originally brought my Jeep renegade in because of a flashing check engine light and engine problems. And for some reason the first time I brought it in you guys said you found nothing wrong with my jeep because you literally didn’t fully check! Because then right after while driving home the same day from the mechanic the SAME check engine light was still flashing, and the engine had no positive improvements. We had to take it back with video proof before you decided that you would look at it again! At that time I still had a one star review up so they got mad about it and then guilt tripped me for it to be removed. With All due respect you deserve a one star for literally not doing your job the first time and not believing you’re customer TELLING you it’s still not working. So I originally wrote a one star review before we took it back for the second time, because why would I be satisfied when they literally fixed nothing the first time. So I’ll change to 5 stars, or I’ll remove my review once they fully fix my car. Otherwise this turns into a one star review.

We unfortunately did not pull the trigger on the new Jeep Rubicon X plug-in hybrid but it's pretty clear that this vehicle is the perfect choice if your looking for a plug-in hybrid that is different from all the others. SMCDJR was professional, very helpful and willing to work with us to work out a deal. A little push to sign papers by management which was unfortunate but had nothing to do with our decision to purchase elsewhere. I expressed my concerns and issues with Michael, the sales rep who was very understanding and helpful. I know the dealerships whole purpose is to make sales so it's understandable but Michael made sure to be professional and understanding of our needs.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. They all made the process very easy and straightforward, and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be returning.
